Architectural BIM Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Designer to join our team at Zeidler Partnership Architects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIMs) for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies for projects, ensuring seamless integration with design and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create accurate and detailed BIM models.
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in BIM technology.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Registration with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in BIM design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of building design and construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
