Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yan Fan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental well-being.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
Work Environment

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. The work setting is employer's home, and the tasks require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
