Key Responsibilities- Respond to Alarms and Service Calls: Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and service calls, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
- Conduct Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Guard Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating security services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Client Liaison: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of security vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times.
- Valid G Class License: Possess a valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Drivers Abstract: Provide a clean drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
- Education: Hold a Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology.
- Previous Security Experience: Have previous security experience, preferably in a mobile setting.
- Knowledge of Security Acts: Have a working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
- Communication Skills: Possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, with a strong sense of tact and diplomacy.
- First Aid and CPR: Hold a valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- COVID Vaccination: Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Extensive Paid Industry Training: Receive extensive paid industry training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
