Job Title: Security Guard Mobile

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Mobile to join our team. As a Security Guard Mobile, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients in the Mobile Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' properties.
  • Provide guard supervision and support to our clients' security teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of security services.
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our security teams.
  • Maintain and operate security vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years.
  • Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology is preferred.
  • Previous security experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • First Aid, CPR Level C.
  • COVID Double Vaccinated.
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C.
  • Valid Ontario Security License.

  • A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:

  • First Aid & CPR – Level C.
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior.
  • Use of Force.
  • Report Writing.
  • Additional courses as assigned.

Upon hire, successful applicants will be required to complete the following Paladin online courses:

  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Customer Service.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Patrol Procedures.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Diversity Awareness.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Finding The OHS Manual.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Paladin OHS Orientation.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Dealing with People with Mental Illness.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Workplace Respect.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Slips, Trips and Falls.
  • Additional courses as assigned.
