Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at LOVELY PAO INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and plan menus while estimating food requirements for preparation.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment while managing inventory levels.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring smooth operations and teamwork.
  • Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed, ensuring availability for meal preparation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
