Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including food preparation, portioning, and delivery.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Supervise the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Establish Methods: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our staff are working efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
