- Expect a lively atmosphere with potential noise and food aromas.
- Typical locations include coffee shops, fast food outlets, and restaurants.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit operational reports as required.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Supervise a team of 3-10 individuals.
- Personal transportation is necessary for this role.
- Fast-paced work environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk as needed.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service is preferred.
