Reporting to the Director of the Innovation Group, the Business Analyst will primarily focus on researching, developing, and documenting the Business and Functional Requirements essential for NRT's Development Team in relation to Software Development initiatives for our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with NRT Sales Team, NRT Clients (both external and internal), NRT Software Architects, and/or Third-Party Vendors to analyze, develop, and document software solutions in the form of Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documents.

• Generate various Project Artifacts accurately and secure necessary approvals. These include, but are not limited to:
o Clear definition of Scope of Work for implementation
o Data Flows/Use Cases
o Transaction Flows/Use Cases
o Workflow Diagrams and Use Cases representing the new requirements.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of the Innovation Group or their designees.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Processes and Methodologies.

• Proficient in MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence.

• Proficiency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of French is considered an asset.
