Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes and initiatives
* Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to gather information from stakeholders
* Evaluate and assess complex information and initiatives, providing strategic analysis and recommendations
* Develop environmental scans, document analysis, and business cases to identify trends and develop recommendations

Requirements:

* + years' experience in Business Analysis
* Consultation and relationship management skills to build sustainable relationships throughout the ministry
* + years' experience in Technology services
