We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at MAJHA MEATS INC. As a key member of our retail grocery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability and minimize waste.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates and management staff to ensure efficient store operations and meet sales targets.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail grocery operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
