Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Onoway Bottle Depot Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The ability to multitask and work accurately is essential.

The Retail Store Supervisor will require a basic security clearance and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
