Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, including packaging take-out food and ensuring accurate orders are fulfilled.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
