Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at JOB CONNECTION GROUP INC. as an Assembly Line Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assembly line, ensuring that production meets quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Assembly Line Activities
    • Oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring that production meets quality and productivity standards.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, including quality and productivity metrics.
  • Establish Work Schedules
    • Establish and manage work schedules for assembly line workers, ensuring that production deadlines are met.
  • Train and Develop Assembly Line Workers
    • Provide training and development opportunities for assembly line workers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Oversee Safety and Security
    • Oversee the safety and security of the assembly line, ensuring that all workers are aware of and follow safety protocols.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions
    • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
  • Requisition and Order Materials and Equipment
    • Requisition and order materials and equipment as needed, ensuring that production deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or assembly line environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
    • Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers.
    • Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) and MS Excel.
  • Personal Suitability
