Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Join DESI MANDI as an Inventory Control Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other departments, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and judgment.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment:
