Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Labourer to join our team at Custom Farm Service Inc. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop maintenance, farm equipment operation, and vineyard labour.

Work Setting

Our farm is located in a rural area, and you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain crop health
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Weeding
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
