Your Opportunity

Our Fort Frances office is seeking a Cooperative Assurance Specialist to join our team from September to December 2024. As a key member of our Assurance team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Utilizing your technical knowledge to carry out work projects and assignments efficiently
  2. Preparing and completing working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  3. Gathering evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  4. Building positive working relationships with clients and effectively responding to requests and suggestions
  5. Communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates who:

  1. Are currently working towards a degree or diploma in accounting
  2. Have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  3. Have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding
  4. Display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
