Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at A&S HYDRAULICS. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hydraulic products and services to existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide quotes to clients.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring all necessary details are included.
- Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships.
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
- Identify and solicit potential clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
- Deliver sales presentations, showcasing our products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.
- Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions.
- Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.
- Resolve product and service related problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, leveraging various channels to reach our target audience.
- Provide customer service, ensuring exceptional experience and building strong relationships.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or technical role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
