Job Description

The Production Team Lead will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all activities of the production department. The incumbent will ensure the operation of equipment and its maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, guide, and motivate the production work team
  • Ensure employees apply occupational health and safety policies and procedures
  • Manage needs for PPE and all other equipment
  • Work closely with operators, laborers, and mechanics and act as support

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in team management
  • Experience in an industrial/production environment

Additional Information
