Key Responsibilities
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight mechanisms
  • Distribute resources—material, human, and financial—to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior leadership roles
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and initiatives
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official engagements
  • Select and empower middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; ensure optimal working conditions
  • Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring income and expenditures
  • Formulate risk management strategies
