We are a leading organization in the finance and telecommunications sectors, seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a senior management role is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Work Environment: 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Language: English.
