Job Title: Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts and business development in their assigned region. They will monitor sales forecasts and targets, ensuring that sales plans and market initiatives are implemented effectively. The Branch Manager will also manage and motivate their team, including training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales forecasts and targets, and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets and account portfolios.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct sales analysis and review progress regularly.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of previous management experience.
- Experience in construction, electrical, or distribution an asset.
- College/University Diploma required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
