About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our North Vancouver branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to branch staff to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement, ensuring effective budgeting, expense management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by fostering strong relationships with clients and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for employees.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Westburne's corporate image and supporting sales initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent team/relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
