Key Responsibilities- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices
- Assess resident health status, including recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
