The Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest accommodations and public areas at Comfort Inn & Suites. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of service.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair services for the facility.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms necessary for operations.
- Oversee in-house laundry services to ensure quality and efficiency.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
