CIBC Wood Gundy is seeking a dedicated Client Associate to join our team of financial professionals.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of our wealth management practice. You'll work closely with Investment Advisors, providing support in portfolio management and cultivating new business relationships.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborating with Investment Advisors to develop personalized investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Identifying business opportunities and contributing to the expansion of our client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice and guidance.
