Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, thrive in a dynamic setting, and excel in building strong business relationships. Previous experience in a retail food environment is beneficial. A smartphone and internet access are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal in-store conditions by executing essential role fundamentals.
  • Maintain a well-stocked Bulk Section.
  • Provide comprehensive service across various store areas.
  • Oversee the upkeep of floral displays in each store.
  • Lead seasonal team management for specific audits.
  • Build relationships with in-store personnel to enhance sales performance.
  • Support Team Leaders with valuable store-level insights.
  • Assist Independent Contractors or neighboring stores as needed.
  • Deliver performance updates to Team Leaders for additional support requirements.
Core Competencies:Hard Skills:
  • Some sales experience, ideally in consumer-packaged goods.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and coaching skills.
  • Strong customer focus with an understanding of key business drivers.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proven skills in sales and territory management.
Experience Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales within merchandising or consumer packaged goods.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate sales reports and business insights.
  • Positive demeanor, effective communication, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, email communication, and analytical thinking.
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle and smartphone is essential.
  • Commitment to accountability for all assigned responsibilities.
