Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure customer-centric service on the sales floor by upholding visual and product management standards.
- Maximize productivity and profitability through exceptional organizational skills and timely task completion.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and manage visual presentation and brand standards.
- Conduct weekly staff scheduling.
Sales Management:
- Align decisions with organizational objectives in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Develop and communicate sales strategies to the team, tracking performance consistently.
- Foster client relationships to achieve business goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer loyalty through community engagement.
Operational Excellence:
- Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Ensure adherence to retail policies and operational procedures.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll and human resources.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with corporate support.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
