Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager at Coach exemplifies strong business insight, driving sales through effective employee training and guidance. Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure customer-centric service on the sales floor by upholding visual and product management standards.
  • Maximize productivity and profitability through exceptional organizational skills and timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and manage visual presentation and brand standards.
  • Conduct weekly staff scheduling.

Sales Management:

  • Align decisions with organizational objectives in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies to the team, tracking performance consistently.
  • Foster client relationships to achieve business goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer loyalty through community engagement.

Operational Excellence:

  • Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Ensure adherence to retail policies and operational procedures.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll and human resources.
  • Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with corporate support.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
