Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Orion eSolutions Inc. is responsible for steering the organization towards its strategic goals while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Departmental Leadership: Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Strategic Direction: Set the organization's objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs that align with these goals.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
  • Management Selection: Choose middle managers and directors, empowering them with the authority needed to foster a productive work environment.
  • Control Systems: Establish financial and administrative oversight, develop promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring effective management and support.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant management role.
