Job Title: Bookkeeping Supervisor

Sergio Ruivo is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Financial Control: Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:
