Housekeeping Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Dryden Hotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve cleaning goals.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and reliability are essential.
