About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Riverview Lodge. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing sheets, and restocking linens.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust and vacuum all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, and restock linens as needed.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
