About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead (Experienced) Mortgage Agent to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple mortgage agents, coaching them, and providing ongoing support to ensure exceptional response times and increased efficiency within the process.

A snapshot of a typical week:

  • Manage your personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met
  • Establish and foster relationships with mortgage agents and assist them in making informed decisions for their clients
  • Oversee the entire mortgage process for each mortgage agent, from initial contact to completion
  • Ensure proper follow-up is given to each mortgage agent throughout the mortgage process
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market and advise mortgage agents accordingly
  • Be accessible to your team members at all times
Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

  • Driven, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver, organized, great communicator
  • Experienced in mortgage agency or brokerage, with a High School Diploma, Mortgage Agent License, and 1-3 years of experience
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
