Sales Team Lead

Dr. Phone Fix is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales teams, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales teams, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, including merchandise display, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales teams, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
