Sales Team Lead

Dr. Phone Fix is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
As a Sales Supervisor at Dr. Phone Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
