About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Window Mfg. Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operational logistics of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop warehouse staff in duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
