About the Role

Gia Foods Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on warehouse equipment and machinery.
    • Ensure that all equipment and machinery is in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure that warehouse operations are meeting business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is an asset.
  • Other Benefits

    • The working language is English.
    • The working hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.
