Seasonal Crew Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Crew Leader to join our team in Hamilton for the summer of 2024. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a crew of skilled laborers and painters to complete home service projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers to complete various home service projects.
  • Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Being coachable and open to constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.
