About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate kitchen equipment and appliances to prepare food items
    • Package and wrap food items for take-out and delivery
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
    • Ensure all equipment and appliances are clean and sanitized
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the food service areas
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Will train on the job
