Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies
  • Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities and document business requirements
  • Apply re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost-effective service delivery approaches
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in business analysis and modeling
  • 10+ years' experience in applying business modeling techniques/tools in a way that the developed artifacts can be reused and leveraged for multiple projects
  • Experience in development of business strategies, business process re-engineering, business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Experience with a wide range of methods, tools, and techniques for business analysis such as business functional modeling, business event modeling, business process mapping
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in GUI, user interface design, and mock-ups
  • Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
  • Experience with Document Management systems and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
