The Corporate Sales Director for the Eastern Region will spearhead the corporate sales strategy and operations across Eastern Canada. Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a detailed corporate sales strategy for the Eastern region that aligns with the overarching business goals.
- Oversee and guide the corporate sales team in the Eastern region, establishing performance benchmarks and ensuring their achievement.
- Business Development Initiatives:
- Identify and capitalize on new business prospects and strategic alliances to broaden Innivec's corporate clientele in the Eastern region.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Revenue Enhancement:
- Drive revenue increases by crafting and implementing effective sales plans and strategies tailored to the Eastern region.
- Track sales performance metrics and refine strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Team Leadership and Growth:
- Recruit, train, and develop the corporate sales team in the Eastern region, promoting a culture of excellence and professional advancement.
- Offer guidance and resources to team members, ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges specific to the Eastern region.
- Formulate and implement strategies to tackle market obstacles and seize opportunities in the Eastern region.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance customer relationships and sales processes in the Eastern region.
- Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee the creation and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the Eastern region.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives.
- Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives to promote overall business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
