Project Manager Job Description

At ServiceMaster Restore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from obtaining quotes from sub-trades to ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with in-house technicians, sub-trades, and clients to ensure project restoration is executed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sub-trades, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company targets
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records
  • Collaborate with the Estimator to ensure project feasibility and costing are within company targets
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to emergency situations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, including building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IICRC Certification
