Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Manager to join our team. As a MEP Manager, you will be responsible for managing safety, quality, and conformance for project MEP scopes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the safety, quality, and conformance of project MEP scopes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Support preconstruction activities, including providing constructability reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor M&E teams, providing guidance and support to junior resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage risk, assist in budget development, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Establish clear communication between teams and monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Define MEP team roles and responsibilities to ensure clear understanding and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts in a fast-paced construction environment.
