Job Title: Hardwood Floor Covering Installer

At MALWA FLOORING AND CARPET LTD., we are seeking a skilled Hardwood Floor Covering Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Prepare Floors: Conduct thorough inspections of floors to identify any damage or imperfections. Prepare floors for installation by removing existing coverings and contaminants.
  • Measure and Install Flooring: Measure and cut flooring materials to ensure a precise fit. Install flooring on floors, walls, and other surfaces, using knee kickers and other equipment as needed.
  • Perform Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that installations meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in flooring installation
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
