Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery to our customers.
  • Portion and wrap food items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Wok Box, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work overtime during peak periods and be able to multitask effectively to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting customer demands and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
