Front Desk Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at GoodLife Fitness. As a key member of our club operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience at our club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in driving club performance and achieving business objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Front Desk team, focusing on exceptional customer service and sales growth
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement member programs and promotions
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and scheduling of Front Desk staff
  • Ensure seamless communication with members, staff, and management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Front Desk or sales role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of leading, training, and motivating teams to achieve sales goals
  • Strong sales and customer service background, with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
  • CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
  • Commitment to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion
