About the Opportunity:
Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist for a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate, process, and record invoices in the financial system.
  2. Identify and rectify any discrepancies in billing.
  3. Receive and review invoices, bills, and claims for payment approvals.
  4. Facilitate payment processing and perform reconciliations.
  5. Analyze aging reports to manage outstanding receivables.
  6. Conduct cash application processes.
  7. Address client inquiries and maintain comprehensive client records.
  8. Assist administrative staff as required.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
