Position Summary:
- Assist clients in understanding their needs and product details
- Employ effective questioning and listening skills to assess customer requirements
- Deliver pertinent information regarding products and alternatives, clarifying features, advantages, and application guidance as necessary
- Arrange appointments for personalized consultations
- Utilize design software to create kitchen or bathroom layouts based on customer specifications and recommend complementary items
- Source products for clients, manage special orders, verify details, and liaise with suppliers for pricing and potential delivery timelines
- Oversee assigned sections to ensure products are adequately stocked and information is current
- Stay updated on promotional products and events
- Address customer complaints and dissatisfaction by assessing policies and implementing suitable measures to ensure satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products available in-store
- Proficiency in kitchen design software is a plus
- Exceptional sales abilities with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage schedules and track pending orders
