- Manage retail operations for retail stores in your region, ensuring day-to-day business aligns with the Brand Strategy and tracks to our financial and other measurable targets.
- Partner with Store Managers and HQ product partners to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, to drive sales and margin within your region.
- Travel extensively throughout your region to ensure our stores are set up for and realizing success.
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, specifically with exceptional people leadership and best-in-class retail operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team to drive collaboration and common goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
- Experience in all forms of distribution, including owned retail development and growth.
- Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests.
We offer a competitive salary range of $128,300 - $165,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
