About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Manager to lead our retail operations in the British Columbia market. As a key member of our Canada Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across all channels through seamless and exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Store Managers and Community Managers to drive full price sell-through, increase engagement with our guests, and elevate the Arc'teryx community.
  • Manage retail operations for retail stores in your region, ensuring day-to-day business aligns with the Brand Strategy and tracks to our financial and other measurable targets.
  • Partner with Store Managers and HQ product partners to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, to drive sales and margin within your region.
  • Travel extensively throughout your region to ensure our stores are set up for and realizing success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, specifically with exceptional people leadership and best-in-class retail operations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team to drive collaboration and common goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
  • Experience in all forms of distribution, including owned retail development and growth.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $128,300 - $165,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
