As a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness 10072, you will play a key role in delivering high-energy group training sessions that challenge and motivate our members to reach new heights.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading group training sessions, providing guidance and support to our members, and helping to create a positive and inclusive fitness community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high-energy group training sessions that challenge and motivate our members
  • Provide guidance and support to our members to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive fitness community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to ensure our members receive the best possible experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our studio's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Current fitness certification(s) from an approved training company
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience training groups and/or individuals in the fitness industry
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
