Job Title: Licensing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Administrator to join our Claims and Licensing team in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our comprehensive licensing program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to incoming phone calls and emails, providing excellent support to clients, managers, and partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to proactively address and fulfill licensing needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with provincial licensing ministries, agents, and partners.
  • Manage the licensing, registration, and renewal processes for Driving Force rental vehicles and external FMC customers across Canada.
  • Keep the licensing database up-to-date with accurate information on all vehicles.
  • Collect, organize, and file licensing documentation, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Oversee and plan for timely renewals throughout the year.
  • Handle plate cancellations, changes, and ensure compliance with provincial weight and equipment requirements.
  • Process payments for all licensing transactions, including those to ministries, agents, vendors, and for client rebilling.
  • Maintain and update provincial licensing profiles, acting as a knowledgeable resource for licensing matters.
Requirements:
  • A diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in vehicle and equipment licensing is an asset.
  • Proficiency in database management and document handling.
  • Knowledge of provincial licensing regulations and procedures.
